An improvisational quilt in naturally-dyed silks. Mauve, gold, olive and white represent the thawing snow and wet ground from which spring early crocuses and daffodils to greet the first days of Spring.
Machine pieced, hand-quilted in multi-colored thread.
Batting is organic cotton. Binding is hand-stitched.
A pocket hanger is attached to the back for easy wall hanging.
Care:
Machine wash cold, delicate cycle using gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Tumble dry low heat or air dry. To keep colors from fading, store or display out of direct sunlight. Create warm memories, love, patch, and mend.
