This wall quilt is part of an ongoing series called Home. A red farmhouse in harvest season. Cows dot the landscape and goldenrods grow wildly. Embroidered are the words ‘In September, I’ll show you where the goldenrods grow…’
Improv-pieced by machine, hand-quilted with hand-stitching and appliqué on top.
Batting is cotton. Binding is hand-stitched
Pocket hangers on the back for easy wall hanging.
Care:
If necessary, hand wash sparingly in cold water using gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Air dry. To keep colors from fading, hang in a place out of direct sunlight.
